Friday, October 21, was the official presentation of the BREEAM certificate at AG Logistics Services in Ede.
This milestone was celebrated over cake and coffee with many people involved! After some short and powerful speeches, Arie Thomassen received the certificate from assessor Bas Rutgers and an olive tree from Martin Springer of the Adamas Group.
Our warehouse in Ede is sustainably built and has a healthy working and living environment. And has therefore received the BREEAM-Excellent certificate. Of course we are very proud of this.
Some examples of sustainability are:
- The building is heated and cooled with heat pumps. As a result, there are no direct emissions of nitrogen and carbon dioxide.
- Waste management, energy & water consumption, sustainable and locally produced materials were taken into account during construction.
- Various ecological amenities.
